As a Landscape Architect at EARTH, you will play a pivotal role in meeting with clients, managing project flow, delegating tasks, and overseeing the installation and coordination of built projects. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to business development efforts, and ensure project success from conception to installation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.

• Valid Landscape Architect (PLA) license in Indiana.

• Proven experience in landscape architecture with a strong focus on design, project management, and client relations.

• Expertise in selecting materials and creating aesthetically pleasing concepts.

• Proficiency in project management software and design tools.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and cohesive team environment.

• Ability to bring levity to the workplace.
